A day-and-a-half workshop at company’s offices including hands-on demonstration of selected models from the book, followed by evening cocktail and dinner and morning wrap-up

Targeted audience:  Specialists in strategy, acquisitions, leasing, dispositions, asset management, capital placement, market analysis, research, valuation, and risk management.
 

Company provides meeting room as well as food and refreshments.
 

Randy will work with the company to customize the agenda.  Using his computer, he will show real-time how to model key findings in the book and address issues critical to the company.
 

Up to 25 attendees, which can include invited guests, such as investors.  
 

Night-before, company-sponsored dinner with attendees and others to discuss investment policy, industry controversies, institutional investors, and other critical topics.
