Randy’s Workshop is designed for investors, managers and students.  The Workshop will explore today’s most pressing investment myths and challenges, including the valuation of hidden risks in leases, deals and portfolios.  Risk metrics and the modeling of risk are recurring themes. The Workshop shows attendees how to build better portfolios and deliver enhanced risk-adjusted returns.

Dr. Zisler, former Princeton University professor, is a kinetic teacher; he has transacted over $6 billion of equity and debt, public and private; as a pension consultant, he has advised over 50 pension funds including CALPERS, CALSTRS, IBM, AT&T and GM, sovereign funds such as GIC, endowments, foundations, insurance companies, and family offices.  Randy led real estate research at Goldman Sachs and Nomura Securities, International.  He holds a Ph.D. and two master degrees from Princeton.
